I got this machine locally and its in really nice condition. The
biggest trick in keeping this one going has
been the Wells Gardner 6100
series color vector monitor. They
don't make a replacement for these monitors
and I think I have had this one to my tech three times now.
After the last major monitor servicing (which
included rebuilding the
entire low voltage power section) it seems to be running
strong. Lets hope it stays that way!
By the way, Tempest has become my favorite
game. It is just so simple and
addictive. As the Simpson's comic book
guy would say: best.. game.. ever.
